Miso Marinade for Tofu

Miso paste is a mixture of fermented ingredients such as soybeans, brown rice and can also be made with other grains like millet, quinoa, chickpeas.
From a nutritional standpoint, it contains carbohydrates and proteins; it is also rich in B vitamins and contains minerals, including calcium, iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium. It is also a live food with microorganisms beneficial to digestion.

Ingredients

4 tbsp Kamosu miso paste
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp chopped ginger
¼ tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp. Water Table
½ pack of Soyarie organic firm or extra-firm tofu Tofu ferme bio Soyarie

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and coat the tofu with this paste on both sides.

Refrigerate overnight. It will be ready to eat the next day!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp Kamosu miso paste
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp chopped ginger
  • ¼ tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Water Table
  • ½ pack of Soyarie organic firm or extra-firm tofu

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and paste on the tofu both sides. 
  2. Refrigerate overnight. It will be ready to eat the next day!
