Berry Best Energy Smoothie

Use your imagination to make this fast and easy breakfast.
Great for kids and families on the run. Makes a nutritious snack too.

Servings 6 at 115 calories / serving

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen berries like, strawberries, blueberries, acai berries, or a mixture…
⅔ cup milk, or soy or almond milk…
1/2 cup Soyarie silken tofu (about 4 ounces)
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup juice…orange or mango
Maple syrup to taste (up to 3 tbsp)

Direction:

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
